♦Presentation Preference: The program committee will schedule both oral and poster sessions for presentation. On the electronic
submission form, all authors will be asked for their presentation format preference.
The committee has the final say on presentation types, though every effort is made to honor authors’ choices.
♦Oral Presentations The Duration of a Presentation Slot is 15 Minutes.
You will have 12 Minutes for the Presentation Itself and 3 Minutes Forquestions from the Audience.
♦Poster Presentations Presenters Should Display Paper Titles, Lists of Authors and Author Affiliations on Your Posters. Posters Should be Printed out with A1 Size and Brought to the Conference Before October 23 on Your Own.
